Swap Background to Sunset Beach

Replace the background of an uploaded portrait with a sunset beach while keeping the subject untouched.

Full prompt

Replace the background of the uploaded photo with a calm tropical beach at sunset. Keep the person exactly as they are: same face, hairstyle, expression, clothing, pose and framing. The new background shows soft turquoise waves, pale sand and a low orange sun near the horizon, slightly out of focus as if shot at f/2.8. Relight the person with warm golden light from behind and a soft fill on the face so they match the scene, and add a subtle rim glow on the hair. Keep skin texture natural.

Tips for this prompt

  • Change the destination line to any location, such as a snowy mountain lodge, and adjust the light direction to match.
  • If edges look cut out, add "blend the hair edges naturally into the new background".
  • Add a framing cue such as close-up, wide shot or 85mm portrait lens to control how much of the scene you get.
  • Set the canvas to 4:5 in your generator — this composition was written for that shape.
