About
About the fake social media post generator
The fake social media post generators turn your joke into a post card styled after Twitter / X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, Threads, Tumblr or Bluesky. Add a name and avatar, write the post, upload a photo where it fits and set likes, shares or upvotes. The preview updates as you type. Every template also lets you switch between light and dark feeds to match the look you want.
They're built for parody: humble-brag career posts, a dog's graduation photo or a hot take about plastic plants. Please use your own name or fictional characters, not real public figures or brands. Everything stays in your browser and each export carries a small Prank watermark. Presets give you a quick start, and exports come out as crisp PNG or JPG files at 2x or 3x.

FAQ
Fake Social Media Post Generator questions
Can I make a post from a celebrity or brand?
Please don't. Putting words in a real person's or company's mouth can be misleading or defamatory. Use your own name or a clearly fictional account.
Can I upload my own photo?
Yes, templates with a post image let you upload any picture you have the right to use. It's processed only in your browser.
Is a fake social media post legal?
Parody and jokes are fine. Using a fake post to deceive, defame, harass or defraud people can be illegal and violates platform rules.
Is anything shared automatically?
No. Mockly never posts to any social network. You choose whether to download, copy or share the watermarked image.
