AltFTool does not directly own, lease, manage, or operate physical rental accommodations, nor do we act as a party to the rental contract executed between a guest and a host.

When you submit an inquiry through our platform, you authorize StayNest to deliver your request directly to the host or property manager responsible for the respective home. All actual booking terms, security deposits, and check-in arrangements remain between you and the verified host.

3. All-In Pricing & No Junk Fees Policy

StayNest is built on total pricing transparency. We mandate that listed sample prices and quotes reflect clear, honest totals without hidden checkout surprises:

Total Nightly Clarity: Displayed rates aim to provide complete per-night estimates inclusive of standard accommodations.
Direct Booking Savings: By connecting guests directly with hosts, guests bypass arbitrary third-party platform markups and middleman service surcharges.
Clear Itemization: Mandatory local lodging taxes or specific custom add-ons (such as private boat slips or heated pool fees) must be openly stated before booking confirmation.

4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

When interacting with the StayNest platform, you agree not to:

Submit false, fraudulent, or speculative inquiries or host applications.
Use automated scrapers, data extraction bots, or spiders without express written consent.
Transmit harmful software, spam, or abusive communications to hosts or our staff.
Circumvent or tamper with platform security measures or authentication mechanisms.

5. Host Responsibilities & Property Listings

Property owners and verified hosts participating in StayNest represent and warrant that:

All property photos, descriptions, capacity limits, and amenity claims are authentic, current, and accurate.
The property complies with all municipal short-term rental permits, zoning ordinances, fire safety standards, and insurance obligations.
Guests receive honest communication, fair house rules, and reasonable response times for booking inquiries.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

StayNest provides its website and discovery features on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

StayNest disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding host performance, property conditions, weather disruptions, or personal belongings during any stay.
In no event shall AltFTool, StayNest, or their officers be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from rental transactions or platform downtime.

7. Cancellations & House Rules

Because bookings are concluded directly with hosts, cancellation deadlines, refund policies, check-in instructions, and property-specific house rules are established by the individual host and clearly specified upon inquiry confirmation.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising out of your use of the platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or binding arbitration.
