1. Overview & Our Role as a Referral Service

SereneBaths (operated in collaboration with ALTFTool) is an informational resource and referral portal. We connect homeowners, seniors, and families with independent, licensed bathroom remodeling contractors, tub manufacturers, and mobility installation specialists. We do not directly sell, manufacture, or install walk-in bathtubs.

We may collect information you provide directly through our website, such as:

• Contact Details: Your name, phone number, email address, and postal address.
• Home & Bathroom Specifications: Your bathroom layout preferences, mobility requirements, and timeline.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and interaction timestamps collected automatically via standard logs and analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Match and connect you with authorized, licensed bathroom contractors and manufacturers in your local service area.
• Provide customer support, consultation scheduling, and follow-up regarding your inquiries.
• Enhance website performance, security, and user experience.
• Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and licensing obligations.

4. Sharing with Third-Party Licensed Partners

When you submit a consultation or estimate request, we transmit your inquiry to independent, licensed third-party contractors and specialist providers in your region. These partners operate independently and are bound by their own privacy standards and contractual data protection requirements. We do not sell your personal information to unauthorized third parties.

5. Data Security & Retention

We implement industry-standard encryption, firewalls, and secure socket layer (SSL/TLS) protocols to protect personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill referral services and satisfy legal requirements.
