2. Pet Care & Safety Guidelines

To ensure the safety and wellbeing of pets and care providers:

Vaccination Requirements: All dogs participating in group walks or social visits must be current on rabies and core vaccinations.

Honest Health Disclosures: Owners must disclose any history of aggression, reactive behaviors, or medical conditions prior to visits.

Leash & Harness Equipment: Pet owners provide well-fitting harnesses, collars, and sturdy leashes suitable for outdoor walks.

Safety First: Walkers reserve the right to modify walk routes or transition to solo walks if environmental conditions or pet reactivity require heightened caution.

3. Service Previews & Booking Policies

Illustrative Previews: Features displayed on this website represent sample interface concepts for pet services.

Cancellation Terms: In a operational setup, walk or visit cancellations submitted at least 24 hours prior to scheduled time incur no cancellation fee.

Weather Contingencies: Extreme weather alerts (severe heat, storms, or freezing temperatures) may result in shortened outdoor walks paired with indoor play time.

4. Home Access & Property Security

Entry Authorization: Owners grant permission for assigned care providers to enter designated home areas during scheduled service windows.

Key Storage: Lockbox codes and physical keys are maintained with strict anonymized coding systems to protect household security.
