Pet Profile & Health Records: Breed, age, spay/neuter status, vaccination records (Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella), dietary schedule, and temperament evaluations.

Lodge Activity & Media: Daily digital report card notes, play yard photos, and webcam access logs for suite owners.

All vaccination records are verified prior to lodge check-in to ensure 100% guest health and safety.

Your data is used to manage suite reservations, customize feeding and medication schedules, send daily digital report cards, and provide secure webcam access.

Stay Management: Assigning suitable luxury suites based on pet size, mobility, and social play preferences.
