When you interact with the BCL platform, we collect information in two ways: information you provide voluntarily to explore loan options, and information collected automatically through your browser and device.

Voluntary Inquiries: When you submit an email, request prequalification estimates, or ask to compare bad credit loan offers, you may provide your name, email address, ZIP code, estimated credit range, employment status, and requested borrowing amount.

Automated Technical Data: We collect standard diagnostic data including IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, time spent on pages, and device dimensions to deliver responsive layouts, verify fraud prevention, and maintain network security.

We use collected data strictly for legitimate educational, comparison, and marketplace purposes:

• Transmitting your request to participating lending partners or direct loan networks matching your credit profile (only upon your affirmative submission).

• Sending requested rate updates, educational materials, and budgeting tools.

BCL by AltFTool is an independent marketplace and educational discovery publisher, not a direct bank, depository institution, or loan originator. We share information only under strict criteria:

• Participating Lenders: When you request to see loan options, we transmit your inquiry to licensed lenders in our network so they can present potential terms and pre-qualifications.

• Infrastructure Providers: Trusted third parties providing cloud hosting, encrypted database storage, and email delivery services under signed confidentiality and security agreements.

• Legal & Law Enforcement: When required by subpoena, court order, or applicable law to protect legal rights and prevent financial fraud.

We employ industry-leading administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal and financial inquiry data. These include end-to-end TLS 1.3 data encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, strict least-privilege internal access controls, and automated vulnerability scanning.

Inquiry records are retained only for the duration necessary to deliver comparison services, comply with financial audit mandates, and resolve consumer support requests.

Depending on your U.S. state of residence (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah), you have the right to:

• Request access to and copies of the personal data we hold about you.

• Request deletion of your personal data from our active systems.
