2. Independent Advisory Role
SkyLink functions as an independent information aggregator. We do not own satellite orbital slots or terrestrial ground stations.
Final subscription agreements, hardware leases, and monthly bills are executed directly with the chosen satellite carrier.
3. Environmental & Sky View Caveats
Satellite reception requires an unobstructed view of the southern sky (for geostationary systems) or wide-open northern/equatorial arc (for LEO constellations). Tall trees, buildings, or steep canyons can obstruct satellite tracking.
4. Limitation of Liability
AltFTool and SkyLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from weather-induced signal attenuation or orbital satellite repositioning.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
