If you are agreeing on behalf of a corporation, partnership, or enterprise employer, you warrant that you possess the full legal authority to bind that entity.

NorthBridge provides specialized business immigration services, digital petition preparation workflows, and strategic counsel for foreign founders, investors, executives, and sponsoring corporations.

• Digital Platform: Our platform facilitates document exchange, timeline tracking, and preliminary eligibility analysis.
• Formal Representation: Specific petition drafting, statutory representation, and consular assistance require a mutually signed engagement letter defining milestone deliverables, legal fees, and government filing costs.

4. Client Responsibilities & Accurate Disclosure

The accuracy and success of immigration filings depend fundamentally on truthful, complete information. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, authentic, and complete personal, corporate, and financial documentation.
• Promptly disclose any prior visa denials, immigration violations, criminal records, or changes in employment or business operations.
• Acknowledge that submitting false or misleading information to U.S. federal agencies carries severe statutory penalties under 18 U.S.C. § 1001.

5. Fees, Retainers & Government Costs

Our fee structure is transparent, milestone-driven, and clearly defined prior to commencement of work:

• Professional Legal Fees: Billed on a transparent flat-fee or milestone basis as stipulated in your formal engagement agreement.
• Government Filing Fees: Fees assessed by USCIS (e.g., Form I-129, I-140, I-526, Premium Processing fees) are mandatory pass-through expenses paid directly to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
• Disbursements & Third-Party Costs: Translation, credential evaluation, business plan drafting, and courier expenses are itemized and billed transparently.

6. Intellectual Property & Platform Content

All text, diagrams, visa roadmaps, software architecture, guides, and branding displayed on this site are the proprietary intellectual property of NorthBridge Immigration. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NorthBridge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, government policy shifts, USCIS processing backlog delays, or technical transmission errors. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States.
