Development preview · Updated October 12, 2026
This policy explains what information the AisleAway Destinations inquiry and newsletter experiences use, why they are used, and what happens to it in this development preview.
This site is a development preview, not a substitute for legal advice. Its inquiry form currently does not transmit submissions. The policies should be reviewed and updated against the final service, operator, jurisdiction, and data integrations before public launch.
Information you may enter
The inquiry form can ask for your name, email address, role, preferred destination, wedding date, estimated guest count, style, requested services, budget preference, notes, and consent to an introduction. You can choose what optional details to provide.
If you choose to subscribe to destination wedding inspiration and service updates, the newsletter form collects your email address and records the exact opt-in wording shown with the unchecked consent box.
What happens in this preview
The inquiry form has no submission service configured. Submitting it does not send the inquiry to AisleAway or to a planner. To identify repeat submissions within the current browser session, the page stores a duplicate-check fingerprint in your browser's sessionStorage. The browser clears sessionStorage when that browsing session ends; it is not a server-side inquiry record.
Newsletter sign-ups are different: when you give consent and submit the newsletter form, your email address and the recorded consent are sent to the AltFTool lead-subscription service for recording and possible verification. A verification email is sent only when email delivery is enabled; otherwise verification may be handled separately. Newsletter delivery is not active in this preview. Newsletter sign-ups are not inquiry submissions and this form does not send your details to wedding planners.
Purposes and sharing
The inquiry form is designed to help you prepare an introduction request and prevent accidental duplicate preparation. The preview does not transmit that request or share it with wedding professionals. Newsletter details are used to record your opt-in and support verification or future newsletter use; recurring newsletter delivery is not active in this preview, and the details are not shared with wedding professionals by the newsletter form.
This website also loads some resources from third parties, such as hosted fonts and destination photography. Those providers may receive technical request information, such as your IP address and browser details, when your browser retrieves a resource. Their handling is governed by their own policies.
Your choices and requests
You can leave optional inquiry fields blank and stop using either form at any time. You can withdraw newsletter consent by unsubscribing from an update or contacting the service through a published privacy contact. You can clear the inquiry form's current-session duplicate-check data by closing the browser session or clearing this site's session storage in your browser.
Depending on where you live and how the service is operated, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to certain uses of personal information. The current contact address shown in this development build is a placeholder, so do not use it for sensitive information. A real privacy contact must be published before launch.
Children, security, and changes
This destination-wedding information service is intended for adults planning an event. Do not submit sensitive personal information, payment details, passport information, or information about children.
No website can promise absolute security. Inquiry data is not configured to be received on a server in this preview; newsletter sign-ups are sent to the AltFTool lead-subscription service. We may update this notice if the site's features or data practices change; the live notice should show its effective date.
