How to get along at work

For the Explorer

Flag changes early — last-minute surprises cost the Thinker more than you think.
Don’t read the Thinker’s quiet in meetings as disinterest — share the agenda ahead so they can prepare.
Share the reasons behind your concerns — the Thinker responds best to a clear “why”.

For the Thinker

Agree on the few things that must be fixed, and leave the Explorer room to work in their own way.
Say when you need focus time, so the Explorer doesn’t read it as you shutting them out.
Acknowledge how a decision will land with people before explaining why it’s right.
