Concise and precise. Strategists say what they mean, expect arguments to be backed up and value candour over comfort.
Explorer
Enthusiastic and associative. Conversations with Explorers jump between ideas and often end somewhere unexpected.
Strategist
Methodical and independent. Strategists like time to think, clear goals and the authority to design how the work gets done.
Explorer
Thrives on variety and autonomy. Explorers do their best work when they can experiment, move between problems and learn as they go.
Strategist
Analytical and deliberate. Gathers the relevant facts, models the options and commits firmly once the case is clear.
