Charades Relay takes the classic acting game and cranks up the speed. By turning it into a relay race, it adds an element of frantic urgency that usually results in explosive laughter. How to run it
- 1.Divide the group into two teams and have them line up on one side of the room.
- 2.Place a bucket of prompts on a table on the other side of the room.
- 3.On 'Go', the first person from each team runs to the bucket, grabs a prompt, and acts it out for their team.
- 4.Once the team guesses correctly, the actor runs back and tags the next person.
- 5.The first team to correctly guess 10 prompts wins.
Pro Tips
- Prepare a large bucket of prompts that range from easy to very difficult.
- Make sure there is plenty of open space to avoid accidents during the relay.
- Have a neutral party keep score to avoid arguments in the heat of the moment.
