The plans on this page are month to month. No three-year term on the monitoring service, no early-termination fee for cancelling it, and no automatic multi-year renewal buried on page four. If you finance equipment instead of buying it, that is a separate written agreement with its own term — and we say so before, not after.
The part I did not expect was the walkthrough. The tech spent forty minutes deciding where the motion sensor went so our two dogs would be less likely to trip it. Six months in, the hallway zone has behaved about the way he said it would.
