- Contact Details: Email address and optional preferred name submitted through introduction request forms.
- Telemetry & Diagnostics: Anonymized browser diagnostics, timestamp headers, and session tokens to maintain platform responsiveness and security.
How We Use Inquiry & Referral Data
Information you provide is processed strictly to coordinate matches with independent, vetted event professionals:
- To assess matching producer availability and geographic suitability.
- To forward high-level event parameters to selected independent producers only when you request an introduction.
- To deliver requested event playbooks, planning checklists, or availability alerts.
Client Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
We recognize the sensitive nature of high-profile gatherings, celebrity celebrations, and corporate brand announcements. Inquiry records are handled with stringent discretion.
Clients seeking formal non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) are encouraged to establish executed NDAs directly with their selected independent producer prior to sharing proprietary event assets.
