By accessing or using the DriveWell CDL Academy website or Starter Kit materials, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should refrain from using the platform.

2. Informational & Educational Nature

DriveWell CDL Academy is an independent educational training service. It is not an accredited college or degree-conferring university. All program estimates, career track guidelines, and tuition calculations are illustrative.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use automated scrapers, bots, or reverse-engineering scripts on our endpoints. Submitting intentionally false contact details or fraudulent inquiry forms is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

DriveWell CDL Academy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from reliance on website materials or curriculum listings.
